Sacred Journeys provides emotional and physical wellness through hypnotherapy, energetic clearing and cleansing, spiritual counseling and hands on body processes.  The body stores emotional trauma and can manifests physical illness if the emotional conditions are not addressed. Through Gentle Cranial Therapy, energy stuck in the body can be released and restore a sense of ease and lightness.
