I provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. I’m committed to providing the kind of therapy I would want for someone I love. Psychotherapy is designed to help you figure out how to alleviate emotional pain with the help of a trusted and experienced guide. Therapy can also help you facilitate healthier, happier, and deeper relationships, inspire greater creativity and life satisfaction, and connect you to discovering deeper meaning and life purpose. I work with individuals, couples, and families in a respectful, open, and warm manner. I believe each person is capable of tremendous growth, and witnessing this development is something I view as a true honor.
While I work with a variety of presenting concerns, I have particular expertise in relationship concerns, depression and anxiety, trauma and past abuse, life transitions, women’s issues, and concerns related to high school, college, and university students, artists, actors, dancers, musicians, and LGBTQ-identified or questioning individuals.
I work with clients from a variety of ethnic, racial, cultural, spiritual, and international backgrounds. I also have extensive experience with clients of various sexual orientations, relationship styles (monogamous and open), and practice with an LGBTQ-affirming model. I do not utilize a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I’ll work collaboratively with you, and together and we establish the direction and pace of our work. I believe you will find my approach, open, flexible, and engaging.
